_Overcrowding Due to Overcharging
_Harassment when Trying to Organize
_Broken Faucets
_Water Damaged Cabinets, Walls, and Ceilings
_Drunk People Passed Out in Stairwell
_Loud Music All Night Long
_Racist/Violent Messages Scrawled in Hallways
_No Contact Number Posted for Management
