Last week a private investigator by the name of Ron Ransom stopped by to give me a notice addressed to Bernardo Masoko and Jennifer Johnson. It said we had three days to pay $9, 600 or "Surrender up the possession of said premises to the landlord, in default of which the landlord will commence summary proceedings under the Statue to recover possession thereof."
