Ron Ransom stopped by to deliver notices saying that [545 W 146 St Inc.] is petitioning the courts for eviction on the basis of non-payment. He had one for me and Bernardo Masko (they spelled his name wrong it's supposed to be Masoko) one for my next-door neighbor.

So...I guess now I can go to housing court and respond.
